The Washington State Mental Health Summit
The 2022 Mental Health Summit is quickly approaching. If you represent an organization that would like to participate in the Exhibitor portion of the Washington State Mental Health Summit, please review the information below and respond at your earliest convenience.
Logistics
●Each exhibitor will have one, 6’ un-skirted table.
●Each exhibitor should have no more than two representatives at their table at any one time.
●Upon check-in, you will be directed to the Exhibitor Hall where you can set up your materials. Check-in begins at 8:00 AM, but you are welcome to check-in any time throughout the morning.
●You are expected to staff your Exhibit Hall table during the lunch hour, from 11:45 AM -12:45pm PM.
●Please gather all of your materials at the end of the Summit, or whenever you leave.

●Make sure your representative(s) is/are registered to attend the summit.
●Please send Elizabeth the link for your organization you would like displayed on the Mental Health Summit exhibitor’s page.
●You will be receiving an email regarding exhibiting in the Summit app, WHOVA. When you receive the email, please enter your information for display in the app.
The following organizations will display materials in the Exhibitor Hall throughout the day, and will have a representative available during the lunch hour. Please visit!
