The 2025 Mental Health Summit is quickly approaching. We are accepting Exhibition Hall inquiries for organizations wishing to educate attendees about services and resources to the behavioral health community. Space in the exhibit hall is limited, and inquiries will be accepted through April 14th, with table reservations confirmed for those selected to participate shortly after. If you represent an organization that would like to participate in the Exhibitor portion of the Washington State Mental Health Summit, please review the information below and respond at your earliest convenience.

Exhibit Hall Mission

• To allow attendees to directly connect and collaborate with initiative stakeholders and organizations working to advance effective education, prevention and care resources for those living with mental health and addiction challenges. 

• Rather than a promotional venue for individual business advancement, it is intended to be a place to share, learn, and understand what is happening within Washington so that otherwise “limited pockets of excellence” can ultimately be made available state-wide to all who would benefit.​

Logistics​​​

• Each exhibitor will have a 6' un-skirted table and should have no more than two representatives at their table at any one time.

• Check-in begins at 8:00 AM, but you are welcome to check-in any time throughout the morning.

• You are expected to staff your Exhibit Hall table during the lunch hour, from 12:15 AM -1:15PM.

• All table representatives must register for the event.

Exhibitor Table Compliance 

The University of Washington is the host for the Exhibit Hall, which is reserved for educational purposes. Therefore, no trinkets, gifts, promotional material, free samples are to be made available for disbursement at a University of Washington hosted educational event. Only educational materials and brochures pertaining to services provided may be distributed.
